Called on Monday and a new Dishwasher, the exact model we wanted that wasn't even in stock, was installed by Friday. When I called, Steve Wiseman answered the phone and helped with my order and installation schedule. The price was competitive, maybe slightly better, than the big box stores, but the service is on another level. Steve was very responsive by phone and email. I also love that the installers are part of an in-house team, not contractors, and so both accountable to the business I purchased from, and invested in the same great service we received from Steve. The installers were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. 100% buy your appliances from Wiseman over the big box retailers.

Our fridge broke and we had trouble with one of the big box stores. Luckily I called Wiseman’s and they were able to help get us a new fridge very quickly, going out of their way to help. The delivery / installers were very through and had great communication. I would 100% recommend and use them again.
